REFUND POLICY
If your order is not delivered to your satisfaction, please contact Blush Flowers upon receipt of the order. If required, Blush Flowers will either arrange a re-delivery of your order to the recipient or provide you with a 100% refund of your order.

QUALITY
Throughout New Zealand seasonal and regional conditions may affect the supply and cost of flowers and foliages. In these circumstances Blush florists reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions whilst maintaining the value of your order.

PRESENTATION
Where possible the particular pot, vase or packaging shown will be supplied. Should these not be available alternative containers of a similar value and style will be substituted.
